Mobile Batch Plant Operations

WCS Concrete has extensive experience supplying concrete and concrete services to remote areas of Western Australia. We have mobile concrete batching plants to suit all requirements and job sizes – no job is too big or too small.

With our unique state-of-the-art remote batching facilities, we can produce and deliver concrete as remotely as required. Our plants are fully self-contained and can be mobilised and deployed extremely quickly – in some cases, concrete production can begin within 2 hours of the equipment arriving on site.

These mobile batching plants have the capacity to produce anywhere from 25m³ to 60m³ of concrete per hour. The plants are supported by a modern fleet of agitators and loaders to guarantee a continuous supply of concrete to meet all requirements.

We can also provide a road train with tippers to ensure that all raw materials are constantly available to ensure a smooth and cost-effective batching operation.
